Terms and Conditions AA7Bet — Terms of Use

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the terms below have the following meanings:

• "AA7Bet" — the online casino and Sports Betting platform available at aa7bet.best, operated by the company responsible for the service.
• "Player" or "User" — any individual who creates an account and uses AA7Bet's services.
• "Account" — the individual profile created by the Player on AA7Bet, linked to their CPF and personal data.
• "Real Balance" — the amount in BRL deposited directly by the Player and available for betting and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" — credits granted by AA7Bet through promotions, subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" — the total wagering volume the Player must complete in order to convert the Bonus Balance into Real Balance available for withdrawal.
• "Platform" — the full set of services, games, features, and content made available by AA7Bet via web or mobile.

To create an account at AA7Bet and use its services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. AA7Bet is strictly prohibited for minors.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid, active CPF.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on the registration form — including your full legal name as shown on your ID, date of birth, CPF, residential address, and active email address and mobile number.
• Not having been previously banned or removed from AA7Bet for violating these Terms.
• Not acting on behalf of third parties — the account is for the exclusive use of the CPF holder on record.

AA7Bet reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account if it determines that the information provided is false, inconsistent with submitted documents, or that the user does not meet the requirements above. Players are responsible for keeping their registration details up to date — outdated information may delay withdrawals and verification processes.

The Player is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone — AA7Bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately to have your account preventively blocked.

AA7Bet may request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing higher-value withdrawals. The documents requested may include:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport);
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days;
• Selfie holding your identity document;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

The deadline to submit documents after a request is 7 calendar days. Accounts with pending documents after this period may have withdrawals suspended until the matter is resolved. The verification process is a protection measure for the Player — it ensures no one else can access or make transactions on your account.

AA7Bet accepts the following deposit methods, all in BRL (R$) and exclusively through methods available in Brazil:

• Pix — instant, available 24/7;
• Bank slip (Boleto) — processed within 2 business days after payment;
• Credit card — processed within minutes;
• Debit card — immediate processing;
• PicPay — processed within minutes;
• Mercado Pago — processed within minutes;
• TED Transfer — available through major banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil, processed during banking hours.

The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. There is no maximum deposit limit — high-value deposits may be subject to additional identity verification. AA7Bet does not charge fees on deposits; however, banks or digital wallets may apply their own transaction fees, which are the Player's responsibility.

All deposits must be made by the account holder. Deposits from third parties are not accepted and will be returned to the sender. Deposit balances are credited to the account as soon as payment is confirmed — Pix is confirmed within seconds, while boleto may take up to 2 business days.

The preferred withdrawal method at AA7Bet is Pix, processed within 15 minutes of the request, every day of the week, including weekends and holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. There are no withdrawal fees.

To request a withdrawal, go to "Withdraw" in your account dashboard, enter your desired Pix key, and confirm. The Pix key provided must be registered under your name and CPF — withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed and the amount will be returned to your account balance.

Before the first withdrawal, AA7Bet may require full identity verification as described in Section 3. Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 per transaction may be subject to an extended review period. Standard processing times are:

Bonus Balance withdrawals are not allowed before completing the corresponding rollover. AA7Bet's system automatically prioritizes your Real Balance for withdrawals — Bonus Balance can only be withdrawn after it has been fully converted through the rollover.

AA7Bet offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis. Each promotion has its own specific terms, but the general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each Player may participate in each promotion only once, unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value — they can only be used within the platform in accordance with the rollover rules.
• The rollover (wagering requirement) must be completed within the specified timeframe. Bonuses whose rollover is not met by the deadline are automatically removed, with no compensation.
• Cancelled, voided, or stake-returned bets do not count toward the rollover.
• AA7Bet reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion with reasonable prior notice.

Welcome Bonus — Specific Terms:

• Available to new players on their first deposit only;
• 100% match on the deposited amount, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00;
• Minimum deposit to activate: R$ 10.00 (for the 200 free spins: R$ 50.00);
• Rollover: 30x the bonus amount received;
• Validity period: 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited;
• Contribution by game type: slots and crash games 100%, Sports Betting 20%, Live Casino 10%, roulette 10%, live poker 10%;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 on sports do not count toward the rollover.

All casino games available on AA7Bet — slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live poker, crash games, and more — operate with random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories or, in the case of live casino, with outcomes determined by real physical processes broadcast via video.

Each game's RTP (Return to Player) is displayed on the title's information screen. The RTP represents the theoretical return percentage over a large volume of rounds — it does not guarantee returns in any individual gaming session.

• AA7Bet does not manipulate game results. Any technical failure that affects the outcome of a round will be investigated and the wagered amount returned to the Player's balance.
• If a disconnection occurs during an active round, the result already calculated by the server is preserved. The system records the state of the round before the disconnection.
• Minimum and maximum bets per round vary by game and are displayed in the interface before each bet.
• The use of bots, automated scripts, bug exploitation, or any software that alters the standard behavior of games is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

Sports Betting at AA7Bet covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, tennis, Formula 1, e-sports, and more. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Minimum bet: R$ 1.00. Maximum bet: varies by event and market, as shown in the interface.
• Bets are final once confirmed. It is not possible to cancel a placed bet, except through the Cash Out feature when available.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or does not start within the scheduled timeframe, the bet is voided and the amount is returned to the Player's balance.
• If an event is suspended after it has started (for example, due to a referee's decision or weather conditions), the result is determined by the applicable sports provider's rules. As a general rule, results that had already been officially confirmed at the time of suspension remain valid.
• Odds errors — where odds are published at a clearly incorrect value due to a technical error — are not binding. AA7Bet may cancel bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds and return the wagered amount.
• Match-fixing: bets involved in confirmed fixed results are cancelled. AA7Bet cooperates with sports governing bodies and authorities in investigating such cases.

Cash Out: available on selected events. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time by AA7Bet based on current event odds. Automatic Cash Out can be configured by the Player. A requested Cash Out cannot be reversed once confirmed.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on AA7Bet:

• Opening multiple accounts to obtain bonuses in a duplicated or fraudulent manner;
• Use of a false identity or third-party data during registration;
• Money laundering or using the platform to move funds of illicit origin;
• Match-fixing or participation in combined betting schemes;
• Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automation to play on behalf of the account holder;
• Exploiting bugs or technical glitches to gain an advantage not provided for in the rules;
• Bonus abuse — systematic strategies to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk ("bonus hunting") as identified by AA7Bet's systems;
• Use of VPN or other methods to access the platform from locations where the service is restricted;
• Any form of coercion, threats, or abusive behavior directed at the support team.

AA7Bet processes Players' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Data collected includes registration information, betting history, payment details, and platform usage records.

The purposes of data processing are: account operation and maintenance, payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, and continuous service improvement. Data is never sold to third parties for advertising purposes.

The Player has the following rights regarding their personal data:

• Access to collected information;
• Correction of incorrect or outdated data;
• Request for data deletion, subject to legal retention obligations;
• Data portability to another platform;
• Withdrawal of consent for non-essential data processing.

AA7Bet believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. To support this, the platform offers self-control tools accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum deposit limit per day, week, or month. The limit takes effect immediately after it is configured;
• Temporary break: lock access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the break, logging in, depositing, or placing bets is not possible;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close access to the platform. This option cannot be reversed and is final — the account is permanently blocked.

AA7Bet verifies player age at registration and monitors gameplay behavior to identify patterns that may indicate problem gambling. Players identified as vulnerable may be proactively contacted by the support team.

AA7Bet makes every reasonable effort to keep the platform available and running properly. However, it cannot be held liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical incidents;
• Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes — gambling involves risk and AA7Bet does not guarantee winnings;
• Connectivity issues on the Player's end that affect ongoing game sessions;
• Unauthorized access resulting from the Player's negligence with their login credentials;
• Sporting decisions made by referees, governing bodies, or force majeure circumstances that affect event outcomes.

In the event of a proven technical failure that directly affects a game or bet outcome, AA7Bet will review the case and may refund the wagered amount to the Player's balance. Claims must be submitted to support within 7 days of the incident, with as much detail as possible (time, game, amount wagered).

AA7Bet reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via registered email and/or in-platform notification. For minor updates — such as text corrections, clarifications, or limit value adjustments — notice may be given at the time of publication.

Once notified, the Player may choose to accept the new conditions or close their account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new conditions constitutes full acceptance of those changes.

Closure by the Player: you may request account closure at any time through support, via live chat or email (suporte@aa7bet.best). Any available real-money balance will be returned via Pix before closure, provided the account is verified and in compliance with these Terms. Uncompleted bonuses will be cancelled without compensation.

Closure by AA7Bet: the platform may close or suspend accounts, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes;
• Confirmed suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match manipulation;
• Abusive behavior directed at the support team;
• Permanent self-exclusion request submitted by the Player.

If the account is closed due to a Terms violation, the bonus balance is forfeited in full. The real balance may be returned following a complete review of the case, minus any amounts related to the identified irregularities. The Player will be notified by email regarding the reasons for closure and the applicable appeals process.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the AA7Bet platform that cannot be resolved amicably through support will be submitted to the competent courts in Brazil.

AA7Bet encourages Players to contact support before taking any formal action. Most issues can be resolved via chat within a few hours. For matters that cannot be settled through direct support, the Player may submit a formal complaint in writing to suporte@aa7bet.best, with a response time of up to 5 business days.

In the event of a conflict between the Portuguese version of these Terms and any available translation, the Portuguese version shall prevail.
